Bruns Hired as Operations Manager at The Ark

After nearly two years of work as a part-time team lead at The Ark, Mike Bruns has been hired as the full-time Operations Manager. Bruns will focus on growing sales and managing many of the day-to-day tasks at The Ark. 

“Bringing Mike on full time gives us the opportunity to take The Ark to new heights,” said Ben Coffey, owner/operator at The Ark. “Mike is a natural people-person and is knowledgable in so many different areas that serve us well.”

Bruns has experience in customer service and sales as well as a host of skills in technology and security fields. As a part-time employee, he installed The Ark’s audio system throughout the store, updated and created a state-of-the-art audio/video security system to prosecute theft, and has worked as a lead team member for our car cleaning program, the HWY 56 Sales Scramble, as well as a host of other critical projects. 

“Mike has served our company well as a part-time employee, working evenings and weekends around his other job,” said Coffey. “Now, as a full-time employee, his contributions will be magnified. It’s an exciting time for our store, customers, and vendors.” 

“I am very excited for this new opportunity at The Ark,” said Bruns. “I look forward to building even stronger relationships with the staff, vendors, and customers in this new position.” 

Coffey will still serve as the point-of-contact for employees and vendors.
